How long does it take for my order to ship?
Monogrammed and personalized items take up to 3 business weeks to ship. All other items, when in stock, ship within 3-4 business days.
 
Can I provide my own items for you to monogram?
Unfortunately we do not accept items outside items to be monogrammed.
 
Can I rush my order?
If you need an item or group of items sooner than 3 business weeks, please contact us prior to placing your order. We do our best to accommodate those requests.
 
Do you accept returns?
Monogrammed and personalized items are final sales. In the rare event that we have made a mistake on our end, please contact us at vpowers@thesouthernmonogram.com and we will try and help rectify the situation.
 
I've received my item and it is not monogrammed correctly.
Items are monogrammed based on the letters provided by the buyer. Be sure that you have entered the initials correctly before checking out. If the item was incorrectly monogrammed and it was our mistake, we are happy to help correct the problem.
 
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of when the order is placed. We are not able to cancel orders after 24 hours.
